Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Small-batch products may require additional time — you will be notified.

Delivery

We ship to the UK, EU, and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times: UK 2–4 business days, EU 4–7 business days, International 7–14 business days.

Shipping Costs

Standard UK/EU shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping on orders over €75 within the EU.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer. OKH Elements cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

How to Return

Email hello@okhelements.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return address and instructions. Please do not send returns without prior authorisation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Digital products and gift cards are also non-refundable.
